November, or not November?...that is the question.

After two days of waiting for any news, Yulin called today. Apparently our file has been approved and might have been mail out on the 30th of September. Regardless of if it was mailed out before the week long holiday, or whether they send it before the 15th of October, we will be going in the November group (the 11th I think). If they don't get around to mailing it until after the 15th, then we will not go until January. Talk about being on pins and needles.
